What the Reserve adds within its own community is still to be set out. Prestige has not yet published the amenity list for Prestige Falcon City Reserve; it will come with the launch and the registered plans. This page therefore keeps two things apart: the facilities near the township that you can visit now, and the facilities a Prestige premium community is expected to carry, which you should check against the published list.

What a Prestige Premium Community Usually Includes
A Premium label from Prestige sets a clear expectation for shared facilities, and the list below writes that expectation down so you can hold the launch documents against it. Prestige classifies the Reserve as a Premium project, moved up from its Mid-Segment category in May 2026; the overview explains what that change means.

Read this as a list of what to expect and what to ask about, not as a list of what the Reserve has. If a sales conversation promises a headline feature that is not on it, ask to see that feature on the registered plan before it shapes your decision.
Forum South Bengaluru on the Township's Frontage
Forum South Bengaluru, open since December 2022, brings about a million sq ft of shopping, a Lulu hypermarket and a multiplex to the township's Kanakapura Road frontage, with Prestige's performing-arts centre beside it. Forum South Bengaluru is the nearest mall, about 0.9 km by road. Prestige built and opened the mall, so the retail anchor of the neighbourhood comes from the same developer as the homes.

For a household, that puts the weekly shop, a midweek dinner, a film, a performance and a family function within about a kilometre of the township. The mall is a public neighbour rather than a Reserve facility, so treat it as part of the location, and ask at launch how the Reserve's own entrances connect to Kanakapura Road.
For groceries beyond the Lulu hypermarket, Ratnadeep Supermarket is about 2.4 km and DMart on the Anjanapura side about 3.6 km by road from the township. Centro Mall on Bannerghatta Road, about 5.7 km, and Gopalan Innovation Mall in JP Nagar, about 6.8 km, widen the choice for larger shopping trips.
Culture, Worship and Green Space Around the Township
Evenings and weekends around Konanakunte reach well beyond the mall. The Prestige Srihari Khoday Centre for Performing Arts beside Forum South Bengaluru gives the area a stage of its own, and a short drive opens up a temple, several lakes and larger green spaces.

Doddakallasandra Lake lies on the southern side of the Prestige Falcon City township. How the Reserve's homes will relate to it depends on the parcel and the tower layout, neither of which Prestige has published, so judge any claim about the lake against the registered site plan.
Turahalli Tree Park is the pick for a weekend walk under trees, and the Art of Living International Centre sits further out along the same Kanakapura Road. The master plan page shows how the township, the mall and the lake sit together.
Schools and Hospitals as Everyday Amenities
For families, the most-used amenities are often the school run and a doctor close by, and both are close to the township. Sri Kumaran Children's Academy is about 0.5 km, RMS International School about 1.1 km and Delhi Public School Bangalore South about 1.3 km by road. For care, Metro Hospital in Konanakunte is about 1.3 km, Cloudnine Hospital about 2.4 km and Sagar Hospital in Kumaraswamy Layout about 3.7 km by road.

Clubhouse Questions for the Launch
A clubhouse shows up twice in a buyer's costs: once as a membership charge on the cost sheet, and again in the maintenance that keeps it running. That makes it the amenity most worth pinning down at launch.
The Prestige Falcon City club house that stands today belongs to the township's completed first phase and serves that phase's residents. Whether Reserve residents will have any use of it is not confirmed; the Reserve's own amenities will be set out at registration, so judge its clubhouse on its own plan.
Take these questions to the launch:
- Size. What is the clubhouse's built-up area, and how many homes will share it?
- Facilities. Which of the expected facilities are inside it, and which are outdoors on the landscaped areas?
- Membership charge. How much is it, is it a one-time charge, and does it fall due at booking or at handover?
- Opening timeline. Is the clubhouse completed with the first homes or in a later stage, and does the registered completion date cover it?
- Maintenance. How many months of advance maintenance are collected, and what share of it goes to running the clubhouse?
- Operation. Who runs the clubhouse after handover, and how does management pass to the residents' association?
